1) We will schedule a short meeting to determine if your business is a fit and gather some basic information such as goals, QuickBooks experience, and average number of financial transactions per month.
2) Based on your business information, we will develop a proposal and deliver it via your preferred contact method.
3) If you decide to use our services, we will send a contract that can be signed electronically.
4) One of our team members will schedule a time to go over the initial setup of your business in QuickBooks (if you’re not already using QuickBooks Online).
5) Your assigned bookkeeper will begin managing your books and provide all services as described in the contract.
6) Additional services such as training, notary public, and book cleanup can be requested as needed.
